In-Home Newborn Session

In-home newborn sessions are all about storytelling. With a documentary approach, I’m there to capture our time as it unfolds: the sleepy feeds, the way you and your baby look at each other when no one else is watching, the sibling snuggles... plus we get some posed family ones too. There’s no need to clean the whole house. This is about you being in the moment - not performing for the camera. I use only natural light and a calm, unhurried approach, allowing your family to guide the session. With some direction from me to keep everyone feeling sure of themselves. The result is a gallery of images that feel intimate and real, with true-to-colour tones that reflect the natural warmth of your home. When your living room changes, when the crib is packed away, when your baby is no longer curled up so small in your arms, you’ll look back on these images and remember not just how it looked, but how it felt - to be right there, in those beautifully ordinary, fleeting first days.
